This consists of a total of 63 trees, 21 of which are already a bit older, and in early 2023, 42 trees were planted. The total yield in the autumn of 2023 was approximately 60 kilos. Delivered to Le Moulin de Puyvert, this has yielded approximately 10 litres of delicious oil using the “Extraction froide” method. Of course, the yield will only increase in the coming years.
