In Provence (Luberon) in the golden triangle of Lourmarin, Lauris and Cadenet lies “Le petit Mas”. This late 19th century cabanon has been restored and expanded into a very comfortable house situated on a 1.7 hectare, completely fenced plot.
The house is situated at the foot of the beautiful Luberon mountains in the Parc national du Luberon in the municipality of Puyvert, 5 minutes away from the surrounding villages where you will find everything you need.
Of the surrounding towns, the artistic and touristic Lourmarin is the most famous and “un des plus beaux villages de France”! However, you will find more of the traditional French countryside atmosphere in Lauris, Cadenet and Puyvert.
On the ground floor of the house is the séjour (living-dining room) with fireplace and large dining table. TV (with Dutch channels) and internet (also wireless) available. Adjacent to this séjour is a spacious and bright kitchen that is equipped with all conveniences (from dishwasher to Senseo).
The bedroom on the 1st floor has a separate toilet with washbasin. On the ground floor there is a large bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin, accessible from 2 sides. There is also an “outdoor bathroom” on the ground floor with shower and washbasin. The washing machine is also located here.
Close to the house is the recently enlarged outbuilding in which 2 spaces separated from each other.
One ( 2 x 4 m.) serves as a tool shed containing also a workbench and the other contains the chai ( 4 x 3 m.).
This room can be cooled by an air conditioner installed in 2023.
At the swimming pool there is a “local piscine” (3 x 4 m.) with the pump and the necessary space for storage.
From the pool you have a beautiful view of the olive grove, vineyard and the house. The pool is 10 x 5 meters. Around the pool enough space for sunbeds.
